Lunch Rules

Lunch Schedule

Parents and Guardians,

We are glad to announce that family and friends are allowed to eat lunch with their students beginning the Friday AFTER Labor Day through the end of April each school year.  This is on Friday's only.

With this said, we do have a few procedures that we will follow.

**Guests can only come on Fridays to eat lunch.

**Guests must be on the student's checkout card and bring a valid driver's license that will be scanned in order to receive a visitor pass.

**Guests will sign in at the front office and meet their student in the foyer outside the cafeteria.

**We ask that guests check in within five minutes of the students assigned lunch time and leave directly after lunch.

**Guests will only be allowed in the cafeteria, no guest will be allowed to walk students back to class or enter the classroom.

**No fast food or outside food will be allowed.

We will have special seating in the cafeteria for the guest and the student to sit.

Along with their education, the safety and security of our students will always come first.

As always, we thank you for your commitment to PES and our students. I know that you will respect our strict instructional schedule during the school day, and make visiting during lunch a special day for our students.
