Parents and Guardians,
We are glad to announce that family and friends are allowed to eat lunch with their students beginning the Friday AFTER Labor Day through the end of April each school year. This is on Friday's only.
With this said, we do have a few procedures that we will follow.
**No lunch visitors the months of August, December and May.
**No fast food or outside food will be allowed. Please support our lunchroom and purchase a meal from there.
**Guests can only come on Fridays to eat lunch.
**Guests must be on the student's checkout card and have a valid driver's license on file in the system.
**RSVP with the school and receive a confimation text to pick up your visitor pass in the breezeway outside the lunchroom in order to bypass the office.
**Guests will only be allowed in the cafeteria, no guest will be allowed to walk students back to class or enter the classroom.
Along with their education, the safety and security of our students will always come first.
As always, we thank you for your commitment to PES and our students. I know that you will respect our strict instructional schedule during the school day, and make visiting during lunch a special time for our students.
